  • Place your hands (palms) on the mat shoulder-width apart and knees on the mat hip-width apart.
  • Pressing your palms against the mat, lift your hip.
  • Thus, you form an inverted V shape with your body.
  • Now, lower the body midway to the floor.
  • Keep your elbows tucked in and close to the body.
  • Keep your back flat.
  • This position engages your core.
  • Hold for 5-10 minutes.

Cobra Pose

Steps to Perform:

  • Start by lying on your belly.
  • Place your leg extended and your feet together.
  • Place your hand on the mat shoulder-width apart.
  • Now, lift your chest from the floor.
