You can pay a token account of £99 to tentatively block your slot. Post that you will have a 1 hour call with your senior consultant to understand & curate your personalized therapy plan.Our health coach will also help you with answers to your queries. If you would wish to proceed and block the rooms, you need to make 50% of the total amount.
Yes, the retreat will be done in a batch of 10 days & 14 days. The retreat Batch1 starts on August 1st, Batch 2 starts on October 1st and Batch 3 starts on February 1st.
You will have a 1 hour consultation with your senior consultant to create a customised daily therapy schedule during your stay. Every day you will have 2 therapies of 60 minutes and 30 minutes duration each. A variety of authentic therapies are available like Sirodhara, Kati Vasti, Abhyanga etc and the Ayurvedic oils used will be decided by your consultant.
Yes, if you wish to extend your stay the arrangements can be made, but this is subject to availability.
