How to Perform?

  • Sit straight in a comfortable place.

  • Do this circular movement for at least ten rounds on each eye.
  • Conclude the pose by tapping under your eyes with your fingertips for better lymphatic drainage.
  • Do the tapping for at least 1 minute.
